Mt.Chekigo trekking peak(5257m). located in the Gaurishankar mountain region in the district of Dolakha in Nepal. The climbing permit was first issued in 2002 and since then Mt. Chekigo has had less than 100 attempts made on its summit. The recognized route is Charikot ,Simigaon-Beding BC.Safety is a major consideration during all our expeditions.The however there are dangers involved in climbing 6000 m,7000 m and 8000 m peaks that cannot be avoided.
The extreme altitude, weather, cold and other mountaineering hazards ensure high altitude climbing has unavoidable risks at the best of times, members.
