Mt. Puta Hiunchuli. peak climbing is done in the Dhaulagiri range. It is one of the world’s most impressive peaks of individual beauty. Moreover, it is set in extraordinarily dramatic scenery to the west of Annapurna and south of Ganesh Himal. Proud looking attractive Mt. Puta Hiunchuli is located at the end of an impressive ridge. Also, the last of glaciated peaks locates at the far west of the Dhaulagiri range. The climb is challenging but this mountain is technically not so difficult.

Mt. Puta Hiunchuli  is one of nicest ridge climbs with the snow covered ridge over 2 km long. Mt. Puta Hiunchuli (7246 m) which  is also known as Mt. Dhaulagiri seven, the westernmost peak of the Mt.Dhaulagiri range. Jimmy Roberts was first person to climb it in 1954. Furthermore, he was a legendary explorer and climber. And he is also a supporter and promoter of trekking in Nepal. He has climbed Mt. Puta Hiunchuli via Northeast Face during his 1954 Climb  survey expedition of Mt. Dhaulagiri massif.,,,

As a part of our peak climbing  from North side with approach from Juphal or from South with approach from the Beni Bazaar. Each option has its own charm and attractions and both of them spectacular in its own way. The trek from Juphal through Lower Dolpa region is spectacular and breathtaking Thuli Bheri River canyon with high cliffs towering above with villages perched on its steep flanks.   • Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport and Hotel transfer.
  • Day 02: We meet all other expedition members and the leader, conduct initial briefing and preparations and we will have an opportunity to do last minute shopping in Kathmandu.
  • Day 03: We take 9 hrs a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Nepaljung (152 m). Alternatively you can take a 45 mins flight from Kathmandu to Nepaljung; hotel accommodation.
  • Day 04: We take flight from Nepaljung to Juphal (Dolpo) then trek 5 hrs to Dunai(2230 m); lodge accommodation or camping.
  • Day 05: We trek 6 hrs from Dunai to Tarakot(2680 m); lodge accommodation or camping.
  • Day 06: We trek 5 hrs from Tarakot to Musikhola (2800 m); camping.
  • Day 07: We trek 5 hrs from Musikhol to Kakkotgoan (3295 m); lodge accommodation or camping.
  • Day 08: We trek 5 hrs from Kakkotgoan to Yak Kharka (3960 m); camping.
  • Day 09: We trek 6 hrs from Yak Kharka to Phedi (4430 m); camping.
  • Day 10: We trek 5 hrs from Phedi to PuthaHiunchuli Base camp (4800); camping.
  • Day 11-26: Climbing Period; summit PuthaHinchuli (7246 m); camping
  • Day 27: We trek 4 hrs from PuthaHinchuli Base Camp to Yak Kharka (3960 m); camping.
  • Day 28: We trek 5 hrs from Yak Kharka to Seri Gaon (4000 m); camping.
  • Day 29: We trek 6 hrs from Seri Gaon to Chharka La Base Camp (4140 m); camping.
  • Day 30: We trek 6 hrs from Chharka La Base Camp to MolumSumna (4860 m) via Narbulang; camping.
  • Day 31: We trek 7 hrs from MolumSumna to SangdaPhedi (3710 m) via Niwar Pass(5120 m); camping.
  • Day 32: We trek 6 hrs from Sangda to JeulaDanda (4720 m) via BhimalLojung); camping.
  • Day 33: We trek 7 hrs from JeulaDanda to Kagbeni (2800 m) (2800 m); lodge accommodation.
  • Day 34: We trek 3 hrs from Kagbeni to Jomsom; lodge accommodation.
  • Day 35: We take a flight from Jomsom to Pokhara and take a 7 hrs scenic drive to Kathmandu. Alternatively you can take a 25 mins flight to Kathmandu; hotel accommodation.
  • Day 36: Leisure and shopping day in Kathmandu; hotel accommodation.
  • Day 37: Full Day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley (Durbar Square, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath&Pashupatinath); Farewell-Celebration dinner in the evening; hotel accommodation.

Nepal is a very beautiful country. It is also a landlocked country. China lies in the east side of the country. Likewise, India in west, north and south. It lies in the northern hemisphere. Our country has three geographical zones. They are Himalayan, Mountainous and Terai. Here, we have monsoon climate. It is very cold and dry during winter. And hot, stormy and rainy in summer. Furthermore, it is rich in natural beauty and resources. Here are long and wide rivers. Such as Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, etc. Moreover, here are large lakes also. Like Rupa, Begnas, Rara, etc. Likewise, we have green valleys, lovely water falls, etc. Similarly, it is rich in religious and historical heritages. Lumbini, Gorkha, Janakpur, Kathmandu are the famous examples.

Nepal is highly diverse country. And has rich geography, culture, and religions. The mountainous north has many mountains. It includes eight of the world’s ten highest mountains. This also includes the highest  mountain Sagarmatha. It is known as Mount Everest in English. The fertile and humid south is heavily urbanized. It contains over 240 peaks. They are more than 20,000 ft. (6,096 m) above sea level.

People of many castes and religions live here. About hundred languages are spoken  here. Our popular foods are dal bhat, dhindo, gundurk etc. Similarly, Dashain, Tihar, Lhosar, Id etc. They are the most popular festivals. We celebrate these festivals very happily. Most  of the people are farmers. They grow rice, corn, wheat, millet, potato etc. Some people in the cities are businessmen also.  Likewise, some have industries. Therefore, people living here are very laborious.

Nepal is rich in natural resources. So, tourists love to visit our country. They can see endangered birds and animals here. Also, they can enjoy natural beauty. So, tourism is our potential industry.

Nepal is small but rich in natural resources. Although it is poor by economic condition. Nepal is developing country. To develop soon,  we have to aware all the citizen. We must provide education equally. To both men and women. Government should bring advance program. This may help citizen in development process. And, provide different facilities to citizen. And it’ll give benefit to citizen. Finally, it’ll help the  government also.
